When I really loved myself: I understood that in any circumstance I was in the correct place, the correct hour and the exact moment. Then I relax. Today that has a name: SELF-ESTEEM.

When I really loved myself: I stop being afraid of my free time and to formulate great plans, I left behind projects that took a very long time. Today I do what I consider correct, what a like, when I want and at my own pace. Today that is: SIMPLICITY

When I really loved myself: I stopped wanting to be always right and with that I committed fewer errors. Today I discovered: HUMILITY

When I really loved myself: I stop remembering the past and worry about the future. Now I stay in the present that it is where life really happens. Today I live a day at a time. That is: FULLNESS

When I really loved myself: I understood that my mind can not disturb me and disappoint me. But when I place it to the service of the heart It becomes an enormous and valuable ally. All that is: TO KNOW HOW TO LIVE
